Describe your idea (200 Words)

According to statistic released by Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC), 40-70 percent of women around the world experience some of physical or sexual harassment. The EEOC report indicates that about 4.3 percent of women workers were harassed by their supervisors, 27 percent were harassed by an employee senior to them,19 percent were harassed by a co-worker at their level and 8 percent were harassed by a junior employee. In fact a hostile environment is a most common type of sexual harassment for women but also more difficult to prove. Tanzania government has passed several laws to protect women rights. The sexual offenses special provisions act in 1998 was put in place to protect women rights from sexual harassment and abuse but the issue is still widely felt in Tanzanian society which continues with discrimination against women. Society is main stakeholder and they should understand that no one is allowed to be discriminated against their gander since there is different way of discrimination without considering age, occupation, status or the level of education. My call for action to the government, society and NGO's is that, they should improve women legal capacity through legal literacy scheme and mass campaign to educate women and men on women's rights. The objective is to enhance the status of women through increasing their knowledge on legal and human right. My design is looking for challenge to women development. Women are like flowers that need intensive care to grow. Once a woman is discriminated in any way, her feelings will be like a person who is hurt by a nail. She will be too much in pain like nobody can feel. Don't discriminate others in a way that you would not wish to.
